Christopher G. Warner, 49, husband of Denise T. Warner, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 at his home in Spring Grove.
Born December 14, 1963 in Hanover, he was a son of the late Mervin Lavere Warner and Eleanora Mae Brant Warner, and was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Warner. A graduate of Hanover High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University-York. He was a dedicated employee of Glatfelter, where he had worked for the last 26 years. He enjoyed traveling, kayaking, scuba diving and photography.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 23 years, is a son, Bryce Gordon Warner; a brother, Roger L. Warner of Abbottstown; and a sister, Vonnie Luckenbaugh of Hanover.
The family will receive friends 6-8:00 pm Friday, May 24, 2013 at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the York County SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17402.
