Born on Saturday, October 26, 1957, in Hanover, he was a son of Robert Lee and Nancy Lee Groft Greenholtz. In addition to his parents, he is also survived by three brothers, Nicholas L. Greenholtz and his wife, Doreen, and Barry L. and Kerry L. Greenholtz; two nieces, Beth McWilliams, and Lindsay Greenholtz; two great nephews, Jeremiah and Jermaine McWilliams; and two great nieces, Jazmine McWilliams and Amara Fitts-Greenholtz.
