Services: The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover with Pastor Ralph Hopkins officiating.
Visitation: The viewing will be held 12-2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Chad C. Wolfe, 31, of York, formerly of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 17, 2009 at York Hospital.Born November 11, 1977, in York, he was a loving son of Gary and Linda Toot Wolfe of Hanover. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles E. Wolfe, and a great-grandmother, Hilda R. Myers, who doted on him being that he was her first great-grandson.Having graduated with the South Western High School Class of ’96, he was a Pennsylvania certified wastewater treatment operator and was employed by Graham Architectural Products for the last 2 years, where he was a team leader in the machine room. Chad was an avid snowboarder, he enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a fan of Kyle Busch, and enjoyed going to concerts, having seen the Grateful Dead, Disco Biscuits and Phish. Surviving, in addition to his parents, is a brother, who he greatly admired, Brent A. Wolfe of Hanover; his fiancé Jennifer A. Bahn and her daughter, Alexis, that he loved and adored very much; his maternal grandmother, for which he was the first grandson, Nancy J. Toot of Spring Grove; his paternal grandmother, Romaine Wolfe of Hanover; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
