Catherine F. Sell, HanoverCatherine F. “Cassie” Sell, 91, of Hanover, wife of William E. Sell, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2009 at the Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace.Born in Hanover on January 28, 1918, she was the only daughter of the late Paul B. and Gertrude Sterner Forry. A dedicated homemaker, she spent her years caring for her family and their farm. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church.In addition to her husband with whom she would have celebrated 75 years of marriage on September 5, she is survived by three sons, Richard F. Sell, W. Edward Sell and Robert A. Sell and his wife, Barbara, all of Hanover; two grandsons, David W. Sell and Andrew C. Sell; a granddaughter, Andrea L. Mummert; and two great-granddaughters, Carley Sell and Alison Sell.
Memorials: Memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 30 West Chestnut Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
