Carrie Lynn Weaver, 26, of Harrisburg, formerly of East Berlin, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill from complications of a horrible addiction.
Born on Monday, November 20, 1989 in York, she was a daughter of Michael T. Weaver of New Oxford and Carolyn “Crout” Klunk Weaver of East Berlin. Carrie was a 2008 graduate of Bermudian Springs High School. She was enthusiastic about cooking and took great pleasure in her work. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and will be remembered as being a compassionate person who was always eager to help others.
Surviving, in addition to her parents is a son whom she loved dearly, Kamerin Weaver of East Berlin; a sister, Kelly Weaver and her companion, Clay Grim, of East Berlin; her paternal grandparents, Francis T. Weaver and Helen Weaver, both of New Oxford; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ed and Dolores “Pete” Klunk; and cousins, Tanya Klunk and Steve Cochran.
A celebration of Carrie’s life will be held from 1 to 4 pm Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the New Oxford Social Club, 200 W. Golden Lane, New Oxford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with Carrie’s final expenses.
