Brian E. Bell, 41, of Hanover died Sunday, May 31, 2015 at his home.
Born on Tuesday, December 25, 1973 in Baltimore, he was a son of Sandra Bell of New Oxford and the late Jack Bell. Brian was an avid fisherman and enjoyed listening to music.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, is a brother, William T. Bell and his companion, Mina Wilson; a sister, Connie Bell and her companion, Doug Boxall; and a special family friend, Robin Stoll, all of New Oxford. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy.
A service will be held at a later date.
