Beverly A. Buhr, 76, of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at her home.
Born on Saturday, August 12, 1944 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Norman Eugene and Betty Jane Biddle Klinedinst. She was also preceded in death by her son, Eugene Buhr, Jr. and her brother, Gary Klinedinst.
Never a complainer, Beverly was a strong, independent woman with a sarcastic biting humor. Having a green thumb, she cultivated many healthy houseplants. Beverly was retired from SKF, and was a member of: the United Steel Workers of America, Harold H. Bair American Legion #14 Auxiliary, and a lifetime member of the Hanover Home Association. She loved the beach and always looked forward to her trip with her sisters to Ocean City, MD. She loved cats and enjoyed the gentle purrs of her beloved feline companion, Dicee.
Survivors include two daughters, Deedra Noel and her husband, Joseph, Justine Smith and her husband, Joseph; a daughter-in-law, Sandra Buhr, all of Hanover; four sisters, Angela Brouse and her husband, Michael, of Irishtown, Molly Anna Clark and her husband, Wayne “Tim”, Kim Klinedinst and April Cramer and her husband, Thomas, all of Hanover; eight grandchildren, Jared and Owen Buhr, Jordan, Breann, and Nicole Smith, and Zachary, Kaylyn and Carly Noel and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
