Barbara J. Fabian

Barbara J. Fabian, 63, of New Oxford, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Ridgeview Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.

Born on Tuesday, June 6, 1959 in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of Joan B. Velton Mullen and the late James Edward Mullen, Sr. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James E. Mullen, Jr.; and a sister in law, Peggy Mullen. Barbara was a former Baltimore City Police Officer serving as a city detective and also spent many years working at Hanover Architectural. She was a member at the former Lakeland Presbyterian and Loyal Order of Moose Hanover Lodge No. 227.

In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Raymond N. Fabian, Jr.; two children, Raymond N. Fabian, III., and Amy Lynn Fabian; one grandchild, Raymond N. Fabian IV.; a brother, Joseph G. Mullen and his wife, Cheryl; a nephew, James E. Mullen III; a niece, Ashley Crout; and an uncle Ronald Mullen.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. 311 Broadway with the Rev Scott A. Sager officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior.
