Anthony “Corky” Schiavo, 88, of Hanover, beloved husband of Mary Ellen Schiavo, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his home.
Born on Monday, August 6, 1928 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Xavier and Pauline Cirelli Schiavo. He was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 50 years, are two children, Dawn Kadyszewski and her husband, Frank, of Hanover, and Michael Geisler and his wife, Kimberly, of Kingsville, MD; five grandchildren, Christopher Kadyszewski and his wife, Krista, Kevin Kadyszewski, and Alex Kadyszewski and his wife, Laura, and Alexandra and Michael Geisler; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Schiavo.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at the Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Road, Baltimore.
