Annette Barnitz
Annette Barnitz, 90, of Hanover, died Friday, September 2, 2011 at Homewood at Plum Creek following a period of declining health.
Born on March 3, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Richard M. and Marie B. Kerchner Barnitz. She spent 41 years as a plant clerk with United Telephone before her retirement. She was well known for her keen wit, warm heart and love of her “furry friends.”
She is survived by two nieces, Rosemary and Katherine Barnitz and a nephew Richard Barnitz, all of East Northport, NY. She was preceded in death by a brother Eric Barnitz.
As per her wishes, there will be no service.
