Annemarie I. Smith, 97, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Homewood at Plum Creek.
Born on Thursday, September 9, 1926 in Kustrin, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Dora Wurl Ewald. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Raymond E. Smith; and a son, Michael G. Smith. Annemarie enjoyed board games and playing cards with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Stephan Smith and his wife, Alexa; six grandchildren, Megan Snyder, Clayton Smith, Ian Smith, Gregory Smith, Kyle Smith, and Leann Smith; and eight great grandchildren.
