Services: A memorial Service to celebrate Jill's life will be held 11:00am Saturday, October 27 at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover.
Visitation: A time to visit with the family will be Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service.
Angela S. Jill Beck, 65 of Hanover died 8:00am Friday, October 19, 2007 at Select Specialty/York Hospital. She was the loving wife of Marlyn L. Beck whom she married on October 27, 1962. Born in Bonneauville on September 27, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Millard I. and Marie (Weightman) Stull. A memorial Service to celebrate Jill's life will be held 11:00am Saturday, October 27 at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover. A time to visit with the family will be Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service. There will be no viewing. Her pastor, Rev. Thomas Marakovic will officiate at the service. Jill was a member of the Class of 1961 of South Western High School. Following her marriage to Marlyn in 1962, the couple moved to California where they lived for 25 years. After returning to the Hanover area, Jill became the Director of Social Services at Green Acres-Adams County Nursing Home and Rehab where she worked until her illness. She was also a member of Sacred Heart Church in Spring Grove where she served on the church council. Jill enjoyed doing crafts and taking part in the Hanover Street Rod Association's activities, but above all, she loved to take care of and spend time with her family. She will be sadly missed by her husband Marlyn, her daughter and son-in-law Tamara and Kip Laughman of New Oxford and her son Marlyn L. Beck, Jr of Thomasville. She was a special Grandma to Casandra and Kevin Laughman and Leon and Hope Beck. Jill is also survived by 3 brothers, her twin John A.Jack Stull of Tehachapi, CA, Edward P. Stull of San Jacinto, CA, and Francis P. Stull of Cedar Rapids, IA; a sister in law Doris Stull of Yorba Linda, CA and many nieces, nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by a stillborn son Timmy and a brother Thomas R. Stull.
