Services: A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Marburg Memorial Gardens in Hanover with Rev. Kirk Griffin officiating. Military Rites will be rendered by the Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
Visitation: No formal visitation is planned.
Allen H. Brallier, 88, of Hanover, entered into God's eternal care from Hanover Hall, Sunday, July 27, 2008. Born in Bedford County, PA, he was a son of the late Chalmer and Minnie Gates Brallier. He was a graduate of Everette High School and served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II and the Korean conflict. He was a member of the American Legion Post #14 and a former member of AmVets and the Hanover Moose Lodge #227. He was employed as manager of retail sales in the area and was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, serving as usher on many Sundays. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he belonged to the Rock Hunters Club in Quartzite, Arizona and took his family annually to a deer camp in Loganton, PA. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Merle Brallier; two sisters, Lucille Goodling and Laverne Rightmare; and his best friend, Paul Bowers.Survivors include his son, Tony Brallier and his wife Peggy; three daughters, Tammy Hoy and her husband Kevin, Tracey Krideler and Tuesday Brallier, all of Hanover; seven grandchildren, Matt, Todd, Jenny, Amy, Kevin, Chris and Navin Jr.; five great-grandchildren; two special nieces, Carole Flosser of Lancaster and April Dowd of Troy, NY and many other nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Marburg Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kirk Griffin officiating.


Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
